Planning H is a planning method created by Remedios Ruiz, the founder of the firm, which speaks to part of the concept of planning is simple and that every human being regardless of their education, profession, social or economic level exercises the art of planning implicitly or explicitly.

The Agency of Latin-American Experts in Planning H. (ALEPH), is a private company that since 1992 has been constructing a history of quality, professionalism and excellence in delivering professional consulting services, technical assistance and facilitation of processes in the Dominican Republic, the Caribbean and Latin America.
ALEPH has extensive professional experience accompanied with national and international recognition in providing services for strategic planning, formulation and evaluation of plans, programs and social investment projects and capacity building.
